Personal and Team Coaching
Personal coaching is a one to one relation (between coach and coachee) with the primary scope of enhancing the person's strenghts, helping to find the right resources and to use them through a structured and action-oriented method. It can be managed indipendently, as a complement or reinforcement of a development program or as a result of an ASSESSMENT.
Team coaching is a path that is always tailor made, which helps a team to identify its strengths and its own critical points, to analyse the malfuncions and to find solutions in order to improve, to solve internal conflicts and to enhance the talents and uniqueness of each one, reinforcing the team spirit. It is often preceded by a diagnostic moment that can be done by a "live" observation of group dynamics or through specific ASSESSMENT tests.
