LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a flexible group facilitation method suitable for different objectives and contexts.
Through the method it is possible to work on innovation and problem solving, define objectives and action plans, reflect and manage change, develop team performance and much more. The method involves a custom made design, the creation of a scenario and the metaphorical use of constructions made with specific LEGO® brick kits.

Which alternative? Visual collaboration starts from the design of a process according to the goal of the meeting or workshop and defines the different moments of discussion that this will involve. These moments will be guided and managed through visual tools such as: roadmaps, canvass, post it, mental and conceptual maps and many other visual tools on which people work and through which they collaborate. We design and facilitate visual workshops or we teach companies how to manage them by using our proprietary VisActivation methodology!

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Emotional Intelligence is the ability to integrate thoughts and emotions to make effective decisions.
"Neuroscience tells us that our brain does not collect and process only logical-rational information, but also socio-emotional ones. Not considering them involves the loss of fundamental elements to make optimal decisions:
- customers are 70% loyal for emotional and relationship factors, 30% for reasons connected to product quality;
- 70% of corporate organizational changes fail due to the inability of organizations to manage the emotional-relational dynamics triggered by the change itself.
Research has shown that IE is the greatest predictor of success. More than 50% of individual and organizational performance depends on Emotional Intelligence. This is why we have chosen to integrate emotional intelligence within our training in order to make change a path of awareness. Through the tools we can make the functioning of the brain "visible" and we can measure both the skills and the results driven by the belief that emotions drive people and people drive performance.
We have chosen the Six Seconds methodology not only because it is the largest network of Emotional Intelligence in the world, but also because it is different from the others for the practical approach of its tools (brain based), scientifically validated thanks to a large statistical sample.
Krauthammer Method

In the field of management and sales, the philosophy of the method is "don't tell me how you would do it, show me how". The classes, always in small groups, are in fact characterized by very little theory and a lot of practice based on role play to make the participant aware of their observable behaviour and then develop more functional strategies.
